The dishwasher replaced a fifteen old year was very loud and about ready to die. We chose the Whirlpool because of the consumer ratings and the overall quality and price. So far we have been disappointed in this decision.

90% of flatware doesn't fit in silverware basket

About 90% of flatware available online and in stores won't fit in the slots in the silverware basket. I wrote Customer Service and asked them to recommend flatware that would fit and they declined. They said find it yourself.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have had our dishwasher for 2 months and we are very pleased. Gets our dishes very clean and as a bonus it's very quiet!

Proud to own a Whirlpool Dishwasher

Our previous dishwasher was well used but only 4yrs old when the wash motor had to be replaced. Within 1year the problems multiplied. We are now proud to own a reputable product that is extremely good at getting dishes clean, dry, reliable, & especially quite.

Quiet and effective

Nice - but heated drying not good.

I bought this diswasher a month ago and really like the style and interior layout. I use the heated dry feature but it does not dry well. I still have to hand dry all utensils and some of the other items.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
