Does a good job.

I am very happy with the dishwasher. However, it does take along time to go through the recommended cycle,three hours and 18 minutes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We are absolutely THRILLED with our new Whirlpool Gold Dishwasher! It does EVERYTHING it claims to do. No more "scrubbing" the dishes before you load them in to the dishwasher, and you have a variety of cycles from which to choose. My wife even trusted our new dishwasher with the expensive china and crystal. I man, you gotta love it!!!!!!!

Love my Whirlpool dishwasher

I was pleasantly surprised to find all of my old drinking glasses, as well as the plastic clear mugs came out looking new! My old clear plastic mugs have been filmy for years unless they were hand washed, but my new Whirlpool dishwasher has taken away that embarrassment and extra work. My only complaint is that there is no "clicking sound" when the door is opened or closed, so I can't tell if it's locked in place or not.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have always been a fan of whirlpool appliances,but I was surprised how quiet it is, and it cleans the dishes very well.

Nice dishwasher

Works well and is very, very quiet. Only thing I don't like is the fold down tynes on the lower rack don't really create much space for large pots, pans, baking dishes,etc.

We have had this dishwasher for just coming 2 months and it is okay. I am comparing it to our old one, that at the time was the cheapest model we could find, and it worked great! So, though not top of the line, when we paid more for this one I expected at least the same amount of quality. Not the case. I find it just doesn't clean as good. And am not at all impressed with the cutlery tray, it doesn't hold nearly enough and 9 times out of 10 there are still a few dirty pieces. Yes, it is better than hand washing, but if I had the choice I would love to have my old one back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dishes are never fully dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything seams to clean very well, but nothing is ever dry and I do use a drying agent. After the washer is done, even after hours or days, most everything needs to be dried off before being put away by either using a towel or putting them in the sink dish rack. Very annoying...

30 year-old Whirlpool needed a replacement.

I wondered how much longer my 30-year old Whirlpool dishwasher was going to last when it finally gave out. I liked the old but this one seems more spacious inside. I can stack dishes in it much easier with the adjustable top rack. Love the stainless steel interior too. We had company and she wondered how quiet it was. I said, "It's running now." "Wow, I didn't even hear it," she said.
