I bought this model because I needed the bisque color and I was not getting a GE. There were only 3 models available and this was the most expensive. I generally "scrape and rinse" my dishes first.Cons: The only cycle that seems reasonable takes over one hour to complete. The other cycles take 3 or more hours! 3 hours! Crazy.The silverware tray is very narrow since it fits in the door. Ok, that's fine. But I would rather have it set into the rack, and then it is too narrow to fit properly, so it rattles around a bit. It is required to use a rinse aid. You have to allow complete cool down if you want the dishes to be totally dry.Pros: It is quiet. It does count down the minutes for you to know when the cycle will end. It seems to clean well, although my dishes are generally clean from the start. It has a stainless steel tub.

Quiet dishwasher with multiple features

I bought this about a month ago and have been delighted with the features. The normal cycle takes several hours to complete but uses less water and electricity. In a hurry I use the 1 hours wash cycle, but the dishes dry best on the longer cycle. Flexibility with rack placement, raise/lower upper rack, and stem glassware holders are a nice feature.

We bought this dishwasher a month ago and again, Whirlpool always delivers a quality product. It's so quiet, and does a superb job cleaning the dishes. The control panel on the front is just so easy to use!

Purchased 2 months ago and love, love, love this dishwasher...it is unbelievably quiet, you don't even know that it is on! It cleans well also. Only drawback is that there is no "just rinse" cycle" which I had on my last Whirlpool dishwasher of 20+ years ago. You won't go wrong if you get one of these.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new home came equipped with a Whirlpool dishwasher and we were not totally familiar with all of it's features. We were surprised at how quieted and the cleanliness of the dishes. It does take a little longer to cycle through but the results are worth it. We are very pleased with the performance of the unit.
