So Quiet!!!

We bought this as a Christmas present for each other.In fact, I have a BIG RED BOW on the front of it so I can show everyone my present.The old one was so old & outdated & LOUD!!!!We could not hear the TV if I had to run it before we went to bed.When the cycle would change the dog would bark because it was so LOUD!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cleanest Quietest yet!

I got this a month ago and I love it. When it is running it is so quiet you aren't sure it is on. The stainless steel interior is attractive and has stayed very clean. The dishes are easy and logically loaded and most importantly the dishes come out spotless (I'm not a big pre-rinser) I'm glad I chose this one!

We bought this when our previous one died. We are pleased with the amount of space inside, how quiet it is when running and the ability to switch the silverware rack to different places. Sometimes a few things aren't as dry as I would like, and I wish the cycles were a bit shorter but overall we are pleased.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very pretty, kinda loud

Have been a Whirlpool family for decades, upgraded to the Gold version and thought it was louder than the 12 year-old we replaced it with. Rated decibels don't lie so it may be our imagination. Does the job though....

First new dishwasher to ever purchase. Fits more than my old dishwasher, I like the open drawer layouts. Still need to rinse the silverware. Did a trial with food left on, and had a few pieces left with some residue on them. Runs quietly.

Quiet unit but with some design issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit installs easily, runs quietly but suffers from 3 design issues:1. Door handle installed encaved in the door. When moving the door, one's hand easily pushes the control buttons and risks starting the unit.2. Wine rack side holder for only 4 glasses3. If one forgets to push in the upper tray and then closes the door, the soap holder snags on the tray.In addition, I am not sure but who exactly can benefit from a 7 hour cycle?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dear Whirlpool,I must tell you that when the motor died in my old diswasher and couldn't be replaced I was dubious about how much I would like any other brand.Whirlpool was one of the brands offered by my home insurance and my repairman said that's the brand he would go with! I thought this a great recommendation so I did ( still mourning the loss of my 17 year old one).Your Whirlpool ( GOLD series) is everything I wanted and more!!!
