Lots of features and nice and quiet

This washer is very quiet - its actually hard to hear (it has a metal interior). The racks are very changeable, however putting bowls in the lower rack can be unstable - they are easy to tip over - not that they would break, but they may not get cleaned as well. The space-saving area for the silverware - against the door is nice, however you can't have anything too long before part of it can interfere with the soap dispenser. The soap dispenser is nice in that it is a slide up door. However, the rinse agent has a drop down door. My previous washer had a door the dropped down and sometimes it would get blocked from dropping due to plates or pans in the way.One big gripe is the shipping - unbeknownst to me until opening the box was a huge dent on the top. So it had to get returned (it was already 3 weeks for me to wait for the first one, but then the second one we had to wait another 2 weeks for). The only compensation was a $25 gift card in which I had to ask for. The process made me wish I would have chosen something that had a shorter delivery date.

purchased a month ago and overjoyed to find cleanliness of dishes et al really do not require prep. also, the noise level is extremely low. both features are the best of any dishwasher we've ever owned.

Excellent product with great features

I have owned a number of whirlpool products over the years and have always got good service from them. I just bought a new whirlpool dishwasher. I am very impressed with the features and the way it cleans. It is so quiet you can hardly here it run. Another great product from whirlpool!!!
