Unit is much quieter than my old dishwasher. Gets dishes clean. I don't like the lid to the utensil rack. Some of my flatware has handles that are too thick and won't fit in the slots. Also, items in the utensil rack hit the top dish rack when pulling it out and pushing it back in. Other than that, it's a good product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this one month and I am happy with how quiet it is and how clean it makes the dishes as compared to my last dishwasher. The only criticism I have is that the capacity indicator for the Rinse Aid is difficult to read.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a month ago. Works well not near as quiet as a foreign one I bought for my other house last winter.Was wider at back than old Kitchen aid, causing spring to rub on dumb builder water line. Install instructions were errored, and missing some details/sequence. Once set worked out well.

This is the 2nd home I have owned this model of dishwasher in. It's very quiet and does a good job - dishes always come out clean. I find that, if you try to unload the dishes when it's done, they are still wet. If I wait a few hours or overnight, they are then dry. I bought this dishwasher for my new home because I was happy with it in my last home.

Very quiet, works great!

We bought this a month ago, and it was a great choice for us. We have an open floorplan in our home, which means that whatever is going on in the kitchen volume-wise affects what is going on in the dining room and living room. We were having to turn the TV up and talk louder if the dishwasher was running, because our older model was so loud. This new one is SUPER quiet. The main difference I've noticed is that it takes a LOT longer to run than the old one, but my installer warned me that this was the case, and that this is due to the high efficiency of the model. Whatever the case, I'm never in THAT much of a hurry to unpack the dishwasher, so it doesn't bother me! Overall, a great machine and I would recommend it to a friend or family member.
