Great features

So far I love my new dishwasher. I love all the Jets it has. Gets dishes cleaner. Not so crazy about the silverware rack on the door but I will get used to it. One good thing about it being on the door is it gives you more room inside for dishes. One feature I really like is the adjustable top rack. It is very nice if you have tall pots in the bottom. Would recommend this product to anyone.

Background/summary: Overall, very pleased. Needed a front without a handle that sticks out, so started looking for front control panel styles in this price range that had very discreet control panels.Pros: This had great reviews and looks very nice--nicer than most in its price range. I use natural detergents only, so I was concerned about being able to get my dishes clean. This heats the water very well (almost too well; beware of some of your softer plastics), so 95% of the dishes come out perfect. A few things (like almond butter) still stick. Very, very quiet. Versatile selection of wash lengths--clean well even without heated dry cycle (air dry without streaks). Love the wine glass stem holders on the top shelf; finally stopped breaking wine glasses.Cons:I did find that a rinse agent is necessary (which are not natural, so I hate having to use this).I wish that a full instruction manual came in the box, rather than just the quick start (you have to go online to get detailed manual). I like to have the printed manual.It's a two-button start--select cycle and the push start--I prefer one, where it saves my preference from previous wash so that i can just push start.Would like a second basket for small items like lids that don't fit into silverware basket, but I've never had any problems with stuff falling down

I have had this for about a month- compared to my old dishwasher.. this one is whisper quiet and cleans so much better...the design also seems to hold a lot more dishes than my last one.

unexpected satisfaction

We bought this to replace an old dishwasher. We are in our 70's and dishwashers we have purchased in the past have all been pretty much standard disappointments so the most important feature was for it to be black. This was the only black one in stock that we could get. We are thrilled with the features this one has. Superior cleaning and so quiet we have to double-check to see if it is on. I am so thrilled this was black and in stock--we lucked out!
