Thrilled with our energy efficient dishwasher!

My husband and I bought a fixer-upper home that did not previously have a dishwasher. We decided to purchase one for our Christmas present rather than buy each other small gifts and we could not be more thrilled with our decision. We researched dishwashers for about a month, looking at all the features, the overall cost, the way they dish racks were set into the machine and even where the cycle buttons were located. We wanted them to be on the front, rather than the "top" so they were easily cleaned in a kitchen where we cook a lot. Overall, we've been thrilled. It's very, very quiet compared to friend's dishwashers, we used the one hour clean for the holidays so we could reuse the dishes for desert, and overall our plates and silverware have never been cleaner! We love cooking and throwing small dinner parties, so this has honestly made life so much better & easier. I never thought I would be so nerdy and excited for something like a dishwasher, but my husband and I constantly joke about how thrilled we are with it, so now we have more time to do things like sparkle the bathroom and take down the hideous 70's wallpaper. Thank you so much Whirlpool for truly making our lives a bit happier! Who knew it would take a dishwasher!?!

Quiet and Clean

This is our first dishwasher with the stainless steel tub. It's very, very quiet and the dishes come out clean and spotless. Self installation was very easy. Somethings to get used to are the silverware holder in the door, which can only be loaded when removed or when the door is raised. However, it frees up extra room for dishes. Also, the top rack has collapsible dividers for flexibility. The plastic tabs that prevent accidental movement of the dividers seem cheap and they don't stay in place easy, which is a minor annoyance. Overall am happy with the purchase.

Lots of room. Excellent shelving and door shelves. Keeps accurate temperature. Easy access to upper refrigera.tor and lower freezer. Stylish

Love My Whirlpool

I bought and installed a Whirlpool Gold Dishwasher. It replaced a "top of the line" Kitchen Aid. The Whirlpool is so much quieter that I checked it several time just to make sure it was running!! Not only is it quiet, but it does a fantastic job of cleaning our dishes. The rear pot scrubber feature is especially handy. I would strongly recommend this product.

Awesome dishwasher

We have been using this dishwasher for about 3 weeks now. This was a replacement for one that came to end of life after 12 years of service. First off technology has come a long ways in respect to dishwashers. Features and function of this dishwasher are light years apart. My wife and I are blown away with the features of this dishwasher. Most admired features include the many options for how you want your dishware washed, how quiet it is when it's running and clean and spotless your dishware comes out. The inside capacity is large and flexible in placing dishware around. I installed this washer myself with very little issue. We are very happy with our purchase and we highly recommend this model to others.

We bought this after having a good experience with a Frigidaire.This one puts our old one to shame.It is sooo very quiet.I love all the features I can choose from.If anything to critique it would be it almost runs too long.
