I have yet to have completely clean cutlery and plates using this dishwasher even though I've re-positioned the silverware carrier to four different places in the dishwasher. I even had a repair person from the store come out to help me understand what I might be doing wrong. I'm doing nothing wrong. I use FINISH, run my hot water before turning on the appliance (and I NEVER had to do this with my old dishwasher), and I use good detergent. I have YET to get completely clean cutlery or dishes. I absolutely HATE this purchase and wish I had kept my 20 year old dishwasher. THANK YOU for letting me tell it like it is!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features and spacious!

We recently moved into a home and this was the new machine the builder chose. The dis area is very spacious and the machine works great.The use of a rinsing agent is necessary to maximize the energy efficiency, once we figured that out we were home free.

quiet and clean

This dishwasher has the stainless steel lining (not plastic) so it's super quiet and both a solid and enduring machine. The top rack adjusts up and down for doing large items (either in the top or bottom rack or both). The best is the utensil rack being on the inside of the door instead of in the bottom rack like most machines. The rack features mean 1 load instead of residual dishes to do by hand. The sprayers are made for these racks so everything comes out clean. And it's the standard sized machine on the outside and fit under the counter where the old machine was, great re-design.

Great dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that there are not a lot of removable bits and pieces like my last dishwasher. But there are a couple of sets of tines that do move if needed. It's doing a great job of cleaning!

Not as advertised - Has Major Flaw

I submitted an earlier review and it never got posted. I purchased one of these dishwashers in July of 2015 for my moms house. I like the dishwasher except the rinse aid dispenser is not the same one pictured in the literature. The one on my machine is a flip down style that gets caught on the silverware spray and gets pulled open. I called for repair and the technician told me it was the new style and I would just have to learn to live with it. The dispenser pictured on the website is round and would not catch on the silverware spray. I am posting a picture of what my rinse aid dispenser looks like when you open the door. The manufacturer recommends rinse aid but with this flaw I suspect all that is in the dispenser is water that washes in when the cap is down. My old Kenmore lasted over 30 years. I hate the thoughts of knowing I will be reminded of this bad design change every time I open the dishwasher door.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quiet, clean,efficient

The next model up would be the top model with the hidden controls, but for a much lower price and exactly the same features I am glad I went with this model. Extra spacious stainless steel tub, adjustable top rack, super quiet, very water efficient, removable filter. Made in the USA. I like the space saving door mounted silverware rack. top rack adjusts up or down for more room. Both top and bottom racks have adjustable guides. Plenty of jet spray, even a target jet spray in the back that can be activated.
