Super quiet

We purchased this dishwasher about 6 weeks ago and I can't believe how quiet it is!! It does an awesome job cleaning...even with baked-on food. It does take about 3 hours to run the sensor cycle, but that's really not a problem for me. We are really happy with our purchase. We also have a Whirlpool Gold Series fridge and microwave and I love them all!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great features

We've owned whirlpool appliances since we've been married. So when we needed a new dishwasher it was a no-brainer of course we would choose a whirlpool. We love the movable utensil rack being able to place it wherever we need. It has a spacious top and bottom rack, letting us put in more pots, pans, plates etc. than our old dishwasher. We are extremely happy with the quiet running, you need to put your ear next to it to make sure it is on. We are looking to replace our stove an refrigerator to match the stainless steel appliances we already have and you can be assured they will be whirlpools. Thanks for making a great product.

Quality Choice

I have had this machine for 2 months after having a Maytag for 11 years. New machines always take a little time to get used to loading the dishes in a different way.I must say, that loading the silverware on the door is a pleasure and it comes out sparkling clean. There is much more room for glasses. dishes and small plates due to the removal of the silverware rack from the main part of the machine.Although there is an upper rack adjustment for taller items, I did find my old machine had more space in the vertical part.All in all, I am very happy with this machine and the excellent way it cleans the dishes.

Disappointed

I bought this very expensive dishwasher and have been truly disappointed. The silverware tray always falls of the mount when on the outside so I have to put it on the inside and that takes up space. Sometimes when we pull out the bottom section it falls off the runner. The cycles take way too long! I should have researched that part better...one and a half hours is the shortest cycle with dry selection. One cycle could take seven hours...who has that kind of time? When interrupting cycle, it has to drain and takes another few minutes before you can open.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent choice

I bought this 2 months ago and after looking at so many dishwashers, I chose this one. My dishes have never been so squeaky clean. It is very easy to use and so quiet. I am so happy with it and highly recommend it.

long run cycles

It cleans very well, but runs so long, 2 hours and 50 min. It etches my glasses real bad, my last Whirlpool dishwasher didn't do that. But it is very quite.

I always buy Whirlpool because I love the silverware on the door. Now with extra wash feature, I really love it. And it is soooo quiet.
