Our previous Whirlpool lasted almost 20 years! This one is super quiet (49db) and has different combinations of washing options to make it a "bells & whistles" dishwasher without all the bells & whistles, which I didn't want. It has a large stainless steel interior and beautiful black one-piece exterior (as opposed to our previous Whirlpool which had two front panels that kept coming off). The wash cycles are very long, but I am now running cycles at night when everyone is in bed and it is so quiet (as opposed to our old one) that you'd never know it is running. My one negative is that dishes come out wet, even with their heat dry option. I've tried heat dry, air dry, and wind up leaving the door open so dishes and silverware can dry with ambient room air. Any suggestions from the manufacturer would be helpful (I did call customer support, but it wasn't very helpful). Yes, I do use the Jet Dry liquid in the machine, as the manual suggest. Yes, I do use the tablet Jet Dry Finish that the manual suggest we use. Other than that, I do like this model dishwasher.

I have had my new dishwasher for about three weeks. I love all of the features I have to choose from when getting ready to run dishes, pots & pans, etc., through a wash cycle. More importantly, I love how quiet the appliance is when going through the wash and dry cycles. I highly recommended the Whirlpool brand. Matter of fact, all of my kitchen appliances are made by Whirlpool. I have been purchasing Whirlpool products for more than 35 years.

I bought this a month ago and it is the best dishwasher I have ever had. It is so quiet and the dishes come out very clean. Glasses don't have spots.

We bought this dishwasher to replace our old one after the dry cycle malfunctioned. I must say I am impressed with our new whirlpool. It cleans my dishes better than the Kenmore we had before... much better... and it's also much quieter.... very pleased...

My wife and I purchased this dishwasher about a month and love it! It's soo much quieter than our old one and the dishes are so much cleaner.

Love having a dishwasher that works

I love many of the features in this dishwasher - silverware holder in door, stem glass holder, height of top rack, way it really cleans the dishes. My only concern was the lenght of time it takes to wash the dishes, but maybe that's why they are clean!
