SPACIOUS!!!!

I bought this dishwasher about a month ago and I really have enjoyed it. It's very spacious inside and cleans very well. It has just enough options and is designed nicely. I would recommend this for anyone.

Not what I expected

Upon installation I noticed that the lower frame was cheaply made and very weak. The corner pieces are snapped in and one side became detached causing the wheel structure to bend outwards necessitating using sheet metal screws to reattach it.The lower shelf slides off track when fully loaded.Once installed I've had no problems with it and it is very quiet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My 2 Cents Worth

My last whirlpool dishwasher lasted 31 years; hoping for the same this time around. Received as a Christmas gift so I wasn't the one selecting the product but am pleased with the gift. I do have two items that should be addressed in design. 1. silverware do not get cleaned hanging on the door (glad I saved my basket from the previous machine... just in case). 2. The bottom rack is constantly falling 'off track' and I need to realign it when sliding it either out or in. I never had that issue before with my old machine... it's just frustrating to be constantly fixing the bottom rack. Other than that items fit in comfortably, it's quiet, I was blown away by some 3 or 4 hour washes I'd start the machine after lunch and when I came back at 5 it was still going!

Excellent Features

We bought this Dishwasher a month ago and we are very happy with it. It is extremely quiet & does an excellent job of cleaning. We love the Target Control Option for very hard to clean items. The only thing we didn't like was it didn't seem to hold as much as our old one and it seems like it takes longer to run thru the cycle. But I tried different ways of loading it and could get more in it. Also because it has a count down timer it may just seem like it takes longer. In any case we are pleased with its operation and would recommend it to anyone needing a new machine. Oh, and the color matched our stove and frig perfectly.

Long cycles, but Quiet

We bought this dishwasher about 4 months ago and have been happy so far. It does take a long time to run cycles, but it is very quiet. The only thing I would wish is that it had a child lock as we have 4 young children and the youngest loves to push the buttons when there are dishes drying or recently cleaned & thus starts the process all over again. This is a feature on some of the more expensive models.

New Whirlpool Gold Dishwasher

The new dishwasher has all automatic clean level sensing technology that makes it easy on the owner to se the cycle for the needed level of cleaning. If this machine lasts longer than my Maytag (only 4 years before the control panel failed), I will be a long term Whirlpool appliance customer.
