Just installed this beauty a month ago. I was surprise to see one of the wash cycles took 4 hours. Just hoping it will last longer then the last Whirlpool I bought.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we replaced our older model Whirlpool Gold dishwasher with the new upgraded model. we are unsure if the much longer wash time (of the Normal wash setting) is costing us more in energy/electricity and water consumption. We won't know until we compare our monthly energy bills, but the bills will not identify this parameter, so difficult to know.We also note that when we open the dishwasher upon completion with the Clean light lit, there is quite a bit of condensation on both the door and base as well as all dishes/glasses, etc not being completely dry.The longer we leave the door closed after completion, better drying is noted, but this is not always practical. We had a visit from the installer/Whirlpool distributor and he advised all is Normal and that newer models do not perform the same as the older models!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Really quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like our new dishwasher. I love the one hour feature since there are only two of us in the household now and we don't have really dirty dishes. And it is very quiet.

New Dishwasher

The new dishwasher we had installed leaked all over our hardwood floors after the first time we used it and ruined the floors. Had to wait almost 4 weeks for new dishwasher and still are waiting on whirlpool to approve our claim to fix the floors. Overall just a terrible experience.

I love how quiet my new Whirlpool dishwasher is! It has great options and moveable racks that allow me to fit different size dishes.

Replacing a Whirlpool dishwasher that was 7 years old and still operating fine. Just have had an increase in Number of people in home and increase use of dishwasher. I have the stainless steel front with digital panel ,smooth, no dials or handles. Racks are adjustable. Sensor wash is great. Love the large indoor silverware tray Hoping to conserve on electrical use with the smarter options.
