New Dishwasher Customer - 100% Satisfied

We bought our Whirlpool dishwasher ~1 month ago and are completely satisfied with our choice. We have owned previous homes with dishwashers installed but really never saw the advantage to using them. The home we currently live in had an old dishwasher with the inside rotted out, so we decided to replace it with the Whirlpool product and to start using the dishwasher. The Whirlpool dishwasher is quiet, efficient and completely cleans every item, every time. We love our new dishwasher and will continue to use it every day. Great product.

Great diswasher

I had to replace another fairly new dishwasher and wanted a quality product. This one is easy to use and I hope it does not need any repairs. It does take a long time to clean unless you custom set the controls.

Cleans dishes even on short wash cycle. Spacious interior with utensil rack on door. Not as quiet operating as some other brands.

Not Quitel Happy

Bought this product a month ago. It's ok, but I think I could have done better with another choice.I do think overall this dishwasher uses it's inside space more efficiently than other dish washers I've owned. I can fit more dishes, plus more efficiently , The top rack has a much better design to arrange glasses and cups. This is one reason that attracted me to this washer.I do like the fact that I can raise the top rack to fit taller items like broiler pans on the bottom. But the top rack does not stay raised if you pull it out to load more glasses on it. It tends to fall out of place and you have to readjust it so it will reconnect with the water spray on the back wall. Also do not put tall items on the outside edge because they will catch on to clips on the side of top rack. If dishes aren't thoroughly rinsed before loading, I have to use the target cycle, 4 hours is too long. Normal cycle will not thoroughly clean if dishes have sat longer than one day. There are only two of us, it takes at least two days to fill the dishwasher enough to tun it.Minor complaint; I cannot use the slotted lids for the flatware holder, our's has handles that are too large.You never know until you try, I chose this dishwasher for what I felt my old washer lacked, but now I miss some things my old washer had. Too bad it died after only 9 years.I do use the recommended products

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher a month ago. My dishes shine like they are brand new. It runs so quiet, I have to put my ear to it , to know that it is running. Love the different features I have.
