Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher about 2 months ago. I love the quietness when it is running. Also the feature that cleans casserole dishes with baked on stuff on them and they come clean.

Gets the job done

Purchased as part of a kitchen renovation. Looks great with our other stainless appliances, still learning the most efficient ways to use it. It does seem to take a little longer than our previous dishwasher, but it isn't a big deal since we usually run it in the middle of the night. Very quiet compared to our previous dishwasher.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The silverware basket is too small, the capacity is inadequate, each little bin is too small, and some of the utensils poke through the bottom. I am also annoyed by the length of time it takes to do a load.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Silverware rack is TINY

This dishwasher is nicely quiet, has decent features, and does a decent job of cleaning, though it requires the bottom trap to be cleaned out every six weeks or so to keep it from stinking. But the silverware rack - SO small. Literally half the size of others we've seen. The silverware doesn't get cleaned well when the rack is on the door, but there is no place designed for it in the main bottom rack so it wobbles back and forth when it's there. I can't stress enough how small it is; we have started hand washing our silverware as we finish using it because filling the tiny silverware rack just means no silverware gets clean. I do really like the ease with which the top rack can be adjusted up or down.

Ran two test cycles. Went away for 3 weeks with out running. Now the door will not close.

We have just bought this product a month ago and do like the product very well. It is cleaning the dishes so much better than the old dishwasher that we are very concerned that the old one was sure enough not getting the dishes clean. We also like the tray arrangements in our new dishwasher much better. J Race
