[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this dishwasher 2 weeks ago, and I'm very happy with it. Many settings, cleans well, dishes dry at end of cycle, and looks very nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher has not work since day one and whirlpool Can’t come for 30 days to look at it. The arms inside don’t spray any water, they don’t even spin. I out a soap pod on the spinner and ran a full cycle. Pod was still sitting there undisolved. This is totally on unacceptable

3.5 hours....ridiculous

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot believe that a dishwasher takes 3.5 hours to go through the cycle. Definitely not energy efficient. I tried the 1 hour cycle and was very disappointed to see that the dishes didn't come out clean at all like my old dishwasher which I got rid of. Apparently all dishwashers are like this now? I am not happy about that.

Hi, Linda! Thank you so much for supporting our brand. We really appreciate you. For your model a 3 hour cycle time is normal. This is to reduce water consumption and preserve energy. This feature can be frustrating if you're not used to it. There are things we can do to help. Make sure your water heater is set to 120F. If it is cooler, this could delay your cycle. If you have additional questions or concerns please email your information to canadasocial@whirlpool.com. Please include your Review ID 212595376. Thank you so much! -Kelcey

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was bought in October and we have had a while to get used to it. We love how well it cleans, and stays clean, and how quiet it is. However, there are some things we miss about our old dishwasher: because of the design, we could add more dishes, especially on the bottom. The wires on the bottom are pretty far apart, which means you have to careful what you put down there: nothing too small, or it will poke through, or even fall through. Our other dishwasher was better that way. Also, on the top, the shelves are not flat, which makes it hard to put wine glasses in.

Hello, murdoch123. We completely understand your concerns regarding the differences between your dishwashers. Your new model can hold up to a 12 place setting. Smaller dishes are recommended for the top rack. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you; your feedback is greatly appreciated. If you would like to discuss this further please send an email to canadasocial@whirlpool.com. Please include your best contact number and the reference ID 213906050. Thank you - Brittany

Do not buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just got this dishwasher a few weeks ago. It doesn't wash well at all...it leaves a film/residue randomly on the dishes. It takes three hours to complete a normal cycle and it constantly looks dirty despite using stainless cleaner regularly.

Hi there, nadzie! We are so sorry to hear about your dishwasher. We would love to help. In regards to the film on dishes, extremely hard water mineral deposits can cause damage to your dishwasher and make it difficult to achieve good cleaning. A water softener is strongly recommended if your hardness 15 grains or more. In regards to the cycle time, the average time for a Normal Cycle is about 2 1/2 hours. This is completely normal. If you have additional questions please email canadasocial@whirlpool.com. Please include your Review ID 216102094. Thank you! -Kelcey

Nothing great...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this about 6 months and have had to call for repair due to incomplete draining. Prior to the service call, this dishwasher was super quiet, but after is noticeably louder. The quiet feature was a huge deciding factor when we purchased it & now we're disappointed with it. As far as cleaning goes, it's ok. Sometimes it cleans well, sometimes it doesn't.
