Quiet but only okay

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this several months ago, and received it damaged. It took two months to get it exchanged, mostly because of the vendor. Now that it's installed, I'd say it's an average dishwasher. It's way quieter than the 20 year old model we had before. But for some reason, it stiiinks. We clean the filters and traps regularly, but if you don't use it every day (say you have a couple of days where you don't make many dishes), the smell is atrocious. The result is that we use ours way more than we need to to keep the smell at bay. It also doesn't dry very well, which is another reason I can only call it average. It's fine, and I don't regret buying it, I just wouldn't call it great or amazing.

Quiet unit!

Great washing and good rinse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine. All my dishes come equally clean after normal, light and 1-hour cycle. I am greatly satisfied with the quality of rinse. My previous dishwasher from other brand did not rinse dishes well so it was looking for something better and found it.

The worst dishwasher ever,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher came with the house. And 40% of the time it refuses to drain at the end of the cycle. We had a technician in who did nothing. Told us that it’s a plumbing problem. Husband leaves the water running in the sink for full three hour wash with the hope that it will drain at the end of the cycle. It actually works. But what a massive, ridiculous waste of water. And a ridiculous solution.
Using the drain function consistently fails to drain the tub, leaving me to have to scoop out the water by hand. Ugh!
Never, never will I ever recommend this product to anyone.

problem with drainage tibe

Satisfactory but Not Recommended

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher 1 year ago based on availability, specs, price point, and recommendations from other reviews. It seemed to be a good choice because of the stainless steel tub, relatively quiet db, good price point, and positive reviews. Unfortunately, this model does not dry the dishes or cutlery well (despite following recommendations for rinse aid, proper loading, etc.). There are often food particles remaining (despite rinsing dishes prior to loading) and there is sometimes residue in the tub. The motor quit after 9 months of owning it. It was repaired under warranty but it is still not meeting our expectations. Our much older base model performed far better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
