Quiet and efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher about a month ago when our other one was giving us trouble. This is our first whirlpool product and so far we love it. However, I wish the stainless steel had the coating that my other appliances have where it does not show fingerprints.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Decent dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pro: It's so quiet I can run it anytime. I hardly know its on, even if I'm in the kitchen listening to the radio.
Con: The cutlery basket is too large and takes up too much room on the bottom rack. It affects how many plates I can wash because they won't fit 2 to a row. I have to run the washer a little more often.

Short life-span

Don't be fool by the great looking and solid design from Whirpool products. We had this dishwasher for 3 years now and the machine was in perfect shape untill now. Despite the fact it was perfectly maintain and we almost wash the dishes prior to putting them in the dishwasher, now the main motor-pump is dead. That is to say the machine is now good for the eco-center. We had problems with our whirpool oven too, after only a year. Needless to say, we will NEVER buy whirpool products again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
