Great Features

We love the feature telling you the dishes are clean so that person that opens know and doesn't have to ask mom every single time. I love the silverware baskets have the option of slipping into holes or open basket for larger things. Overall, it is great so far.

Old models are bigger & better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Desperate at Christmas when our DW died, we ordered what was basically our same DW - only it wasn't. Reduced capacity (I'm told all newer models are smaller), no adjustable shelves/racks, wine glasses & coffee/tea mugs fall over on upper rack, & so far one set of dishes fall over on lower rack. Disappointing since our old dead water-stained one was better than this shiney new good-looking DW! We had to order a different DW -- sadly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
