Am happy with how quiet it is but a bit concerned about how lightweight the racks and other components are... We will hope that we are still getting service in 15 years like the old one

Dishes come out super clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I bought this dishwasher to replaced an eighteen year old model that had deteriorated over time. Compared to that, this new one washes dishes much cleaner and there aren't any visible spots on dishes or silverware even without the recommended rinse-aid being used. The racks don't look heavy duty but are quite functional; they can hold more payload than that with the old machine. Last but not least, this machine is much quieter than the old one. On the flip side, I need to pint out two things:
1. The included User Guide is meant to be a quick reference for the user to operate the machine. However, I think it is missing one important piece - it does not tell how to remove the two filters (see Page 2 of the User Guide, W10852540A). A user has to download the full User Instructions (W10852541A) in order to know such a simple procedure. This is nuisance.
2. The shaded area in the bottom figure on Page 7 of the Installation Instructions (W10806906H) is inaccurate. Apparently, it was inherited from an old manual without update. I drilled holes in a side shade and ran hoses though them. However, the dishwasher caught on the drain hose and could not be pushed in fully. I then had to drill new holes.

Very Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brought this to replace a Kitchen Aid that was 12 years old. The racks are not as heavy duty as my old dishwasher also silverware holder is not as heavy either. As far as washing goes it does a good job. Cycles are a bit long but you can shorten the cycle time by using light cycle and no drying.It is very quiet.
I would recommend this to a friend!
