Purchased this case a few weeks ago and have been very pleased thus far! Love the fit and built in screen protector. Phone functionality is not affected whatsoever. Also, I appreciate the phone clip which I use from time to time.

Normally I live otter box. This one doesn't fit well when you close the flap over the plug. It pulls down and the rubber doesn't fit right on the case.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I put on this case a couple weeks ago, and it's working great. The buttons, cutouts, and flaps are in the right spots, and the flaps feel like they will not rip off in a year. The screen sensor and speakers work fine with the case on as well. The outer layer of the case has a nice grippy feel that I prefer to the phone itself, and the outer layer is really firmly in place. The whole thing feels really sturdy and is the right size in my hands.
I haven't dropped my phone or otherwise put the case to a stress test, but based on how well Otter Box cases have worked for my friends, I feel like my phone is well protected.

This is the 2nd Otter case I have bought. 1st one was for my HTC. When the phone wouldn't charge anymore, I got an LG. Having an Otter Defender Case for my LG was a no brainer. Otter cases are the best.

Excellent level of protection. I did wish the outer rubber shell was a bit more abrasion resistant but the grip is better so I know they were attempting a trade off. Also please try to get a little more competitive with your pricing and offer USPS shipping to Canada, this case was so expensive that I may never purchase one directly from you guys again.
