I just received it a few weeks ago and used it for first time yesterday. It my first food processor. It’s fairly easy to use but it did take me a while to figure it out. There is only one speed, though. I did expect the dough hook to be a bit more like the ones in larger processors.

I have only used this new food processor a few times but it impresses greatly with the speed and efficiency. Another plus is the level of noise - much quieter than my last one. Each part is of high quality material. Highly recommend!

I’ve replaced my old broken food processor with this Cuisinart model. I love it! The large size is perfect for most jobs, and the small bowl sorts out small mincing chopping things like garlic or nuts in a flash. This is easy to use and clean.

This is my third Cuiinart food processor. My last one was DLC 10. It lasted for many years. I donated it, 5 years ago and just had to replace. I chose this one for it’s 1000 watt motor, dual work bowls, adjustable disks and ease of operation.

Fantastic small Appliance but watch those blades!

Really useful. Makes good bread dough and sliced 10 lbs of sweet potatoes in about 7 minutes. Be very careful of the SHARP blades. I cut into my finger and it bled all that day and took 2 weeks for the cut to heal. I deeply suggest buying the storage case right away for the blades and slicing disks so this does not happen to you. Shredded carrots very quickly and I dehydrated about 15 Lbs of carrots with very little work.

This is the first time I have used a food processor and I was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked for chopping a bowl full of vegetables. The unit was fairly quiet; I'm used to a blender that is much louder. I can't wait to use it again. I also like this model because it has a 4 cup bowl besides the 12 cup bowl.
