Love the length of the cord. The light is a great feature. It has tons of attachments. It is a great vacuum. It's a little top heavy.but besides that so far so good

Basically no suction at all

I bought this only 3 months ago and it wasn’t amazing to begin with but now essentially doesn’t work at all. Almost no suction with any of the attachments but especially the “hardwood hero” attachment, it just pushes pet hair and dirt around on the floor. If you have pets I don’t recommend this at all, you’re better off buying a broom.

Amazing Vacuum!

I initially used a Dyson, but I was not too fond of it because it was heavy and had a short-lasting battery. I read all the reviews about Shark, so I decided to buy it. At first, I was worried about the cord, but since I live in a condo, it wasn't a big problem. It could be a bit annoying to use a vacuum with a cord for someone who lives in a townhouse or a house. However, the work around the cord was not a problem and was the perfect fit for my household. It is very light and easy to use, and you don't need to worry about the battery running out. I would recommend this vacuum for those who don't mind a cord and live in a relatively small house.

Worth the price, just a little heavy!

This vacuum is 100% worth the price in my opinion, but it’s definitely a little heavy. Not really an issue for me, but if you’re looking for something light weight for whatever reasons, it might not be for you! But it’s great, I’ve used all the different heads of this vacuum (I have a cat that sheds a lot) and it’s great!

I am quite impressed by this vacuum cleaner. Not only is it light and easy to handle, it does have a very good suction power. It works well on both the carpet and hardwood floors in my condo. I love the fact that it comes with other accessories to vacuum furniture upholstery, car carpet, hard to reach areas and it is slim enough to vacuum under couches, sofas, tables and beds.

Loud and stopped working after 5mos

Bought this on sale 6 months ago and the vaccum started making a weird LOUD noise 5mos after purchase. It lost suction, simply spits dirt out the back. No cIog that I can see and not sure what the loud sound is from. Very disappointed.

I had thought I had ordered a cordless one and was slightly disappointed when it arrived and it was corded, but I have to say, I am no longer disappointed that it's corded. The cord is long enough to do my entire main floor. I moved it once to a different recepticle just for ease of use, but this is possibly the best vacuum I have ever owned. I also have high ceilings and the ability to clean the cob webs while standing on the ground - amazing! My couch no longer has an entire meal in between the cushions and the kid's hidden snacks under the couch were quick and easy to suck up. The light on it is awesome for seeing all those sneaky crumbs in the shadows. I am super impressed!
