I bought other ink cartridges which fit my printer but no way do they compare to the original HP . They don’t last as long even though you think you are saving money and your printer does not perform as well. HP ALL THE WAY

How can you ask me for a review when you haven’t sent me a product? Apparently the mistake was mine with the way I entered the address, but instead of inundating me with spam, followed by a review request, you could actually email me saying there was a problem with the order? I’ve now replaced the order over the phone & been charged more than I was originally.

Ink is great. The shipping experience on the other hand was not. I waited six weeks to receive this ink. I was unable to print anything for three weeks while waiting for order to arrive. It could not be traced.

The product itself is great - never have had an issue with it. But the best part was the change from Canada Post as the only option for delivery (which has been HORRID in the past) to using Purolator Courier (still owned by Canada Post, but at least it is more reliable it seems - received the product in 4 days instead of 22 days like previous order). Thank you HP for listening and creating a new option for delivery!
