This unit is poorly designed. First off the buttons are way too big and easy to bump. If you have it on your back there's no way to sit-down without inadvertently turning it off or changing the setting. The second issue I have with it is that the "beep" noise it makes when you hit any of the buttons is unnecessarily loud. Everyone within earshot will hear it beep which means if you can't wear it in a meeting or at church because it will undoubtedly be getting bumped and making noise. Even under clothing it's really loud!. The last issue I have with it is the same problem with most and that is they need to simplify them. All that is needed is some CONSTANT electrical fuzz with an intensity adjustment. Starting and stopping, changing the pulse or going from a soft fuzz to a sharp prick is more annoying than it is helpful. If a unit has three buttons it should do three things. Turn on / turn off, increase intensity and decrease intensity. Also I should add that I'm perfectly capable of turning the unit off when I'm done with it. I certainly don't want to have to keep restarting it every 10, 15 or 30 minutes and because it's so loud I don't want people looking at me every time I do.
