[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was a replacement for one that did not last very long. I have to check from time to time to see if it is running because it is really quiet. The only down side is that we don't use the heat dry and the dishes still come out wet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the first time we purchased an Amana dishwasher and I wonder now why we waited so long.
It was very easy to install, although I had to read the instructions several times over before I figured out the drain, and light weight.
The price was more than right.
Although the sound rating indicated the washer might be a little loud it turned out to be very, very quiet. We were pleasantly relieved. Some washers we've had in the past were light meat grinders in noise.
To sum up, our Amana washer was a great decision, a great buy, and a great product to grace our kitchen.
We will definitely look at other Amana appliances as needs arise.
