Excellent Dishwasher, Great Value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our Amana from Fry's Electronics and got a heck of a price on it as it was their last /floor model on hand. Figuring since it was a floor model it was not like it was being used, as it was only on display - so what if it was not N.I.B. Absolutely thrilled with its performance so far, with its Triple Filter Wash system and since we had a Culligan System installed before we purchased it in our new home, it is a VERY good dishwasher . Efficient and very quiet. Love it and cannot say enough about it. Very pleased with our purchase and would highly recommend.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's just okay for me

Absolute Garbage

After almost a year of owning this, my dishes have never been 100% clean. Tried with prerinsing and without pre-rinsing. Tried different detergents. Tried different combinations of heated wash and heated dry. It's all trash.
Utensils will feel greasy. There will still be food caked on to cups and bottles. Water spots left everywhere.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only lasted a little over one year

We bought this in 2017 and started having problems in 2018--just over a year old. First, the dishes on the top rack were not getting washed. Then the bottom rack also wasn't getting washed. Dishwasher fills and drains, but the sprayer arms don't move and the no water is coming out of them--dishes don't get wet! This is a cheap-o dishwasher that I did not expect to last 6 or 7 years, but I expected to get more than 1 year out of it. It is also leaking!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

EASY AND CLEANS GREAT .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried other more expensive brands before and talked to friends about how great the Amana cleans . I needed a new one so for a lot less money got a easy to uses and cleans great. I installed it then put it to work cleaning dishes I had let sit for a day well maby two days till I could get this Amana dishwasher installed it did a great job cleaning the dried food and shined them up better than any i have owned . Its so easy to choose the cleaning cycle I need and let it do its job cleaning and drying to a shiny finish . I will never buy a different brand never . What a easy and clean job the Amana did .
