[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher about 6 weeks ago and have used it nearly daily since.
Pros:
-PRICE! This is a very economical dishwasher, which was the main motivation for us choosing it.
-deep wash basin, so I can fit taller things on the bottom rack than with my old washer without the spinning arm hitting them
-fits a lot of dishes
-has 2 larger compartments in the silverware holder for items like small tupperware lids, whisks, Sippy cup lids, etc.
-Uses a low amount of energy and water

-will not clean my Mason jars unless they are on the top rack, and even then sometimes there is still gunk in them after a full cycle.
-is less forgiving of poorly arranged plates in the bottom rack (my children put their own dishes in) than my previous dishwasher. These do not get cleaned well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We truly love our new dishwasher. When you use it, it is so quiet you can't even hear it is running. It does a GREAT job washing your dishes. Clean and no spots from drying. The cost was great and didn't break the bank, In this day and age when we purchase we need the best product we can get for our dollar and we found it. Thanks Amana.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] does great job cleaning dishes, but dishes come out extremely wet even when using jet dri as recommended. did all the trouble shooting suggestions, which there are not many, and still having the same problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very dissatisfied with my dishwasher. Does not properly dry my dishes. Leaves water beads all over the ceiling of the dishwasher. Had a repair man out who said that due to energy saving regulations, they adjusted the heated drying cycle lower, which therefore, does not dry properly. I have used a drying agent since day one and it doesn't help. Even my silverware is damp when removed. You buy a dishwasher with heated dry feature which does not work and they are full aware of it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
