[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher does not get the dishes clean. Even after rinsing off all food particles before I load them in the dishwasher they still come out greasy. I have filled the rinse agent dispenser with jet dry and use cascade gel soap. I run hot water before starting the dishwasher and always put it on the heavy hot wash cycle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After installing the machine myself, I had an authorized installation person come out and fix the float valve that must have been slightly put out of alignment in shipping. We ran our first load of dishes and they were cleaner than ever. For the money, it is a very good dishwashing machine. I would recommend buying this machine.
