Noisiest dishwasher ever

I've had many dishwashers over the years, but this one by far is the noisiest dishwasher I've ever owned. It doesn't always fully clean the dirtier dishes, and not everything is dry after the "heated dry" setting.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
