Quieter that the one it replaced, we were just looking for a basic model for our beach condo.My major gripe is in the installation. The connection between the metal hose bib and plastic water valve just begs to be cross-threaded. Be VERY careful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good alternative, if you need something cheap. It was a suppose to be a quick swap with the old washer, but turned into 2 trips to the hardware store, 4 guys, and 4 hours. After it was finally installed, there was a leak coming from the bottom; nedless to say, my wood floors are ruined. Finally, we used it to wash a light load of dishes; normal cycle, heated dry. The next morning the dishes were still wet. There's no function for just dry, so I opened to door to let them air dry the rest of the way. That would've been fine, except that I have an adventurous toddler who decided to unload the dishes onto the floor. This has been problematic for us.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this product about 2 weeks ago. When we wash the dishes, the entire dishwasher stays wet even after overnight wait. We wash the dishes after dinner and leave it overnight. When we open the dishwasher in the morning, the lid and other parts are still wet, don't understand. We have tried both options with heat and without but has not made a difference. Not sure if some setting is off?
