chopper assembly is not durable

Now my second chopper broke. As everyone says the plastic sheers off. Cust. service below apologies but has no solutions. Too bad, rest of the system is good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Same as everyone else. . . .

I have the same problem, the plastic assembly on the chopper becomes shredded after minimal use. I've gone through two already, and as much as I really don't want to buy a third, I also don't want to replace the entire multiquick system just to get a functioning chopper.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
