The outer surface is apparently very easy to scuff/damage. After only one sort trip, this looked worse than the luggage I've been using to travel consistently with for the past 5 years. Also, I'm not a huge fan of the design of the interior separator.

It is light enough but doesn't seem sturdy upon initial inspection, the outer layer bends easily upon applying pressure. Maybe this is because of it's lightweight property but I didn't like it. I have only used it once and so far it's holding good. There are already scratches in a few places, probably due to the way luggage is handled especially at international airports, but since I purchased a black one it isn't that visible. Although this is a small detail that shouldn't have any effect much but the handle can only be locked into 2 positions; I only noticed this because the other luggage that I have has 3 positions.

This is my first hard case piece of luggage. It did come back from my trip to Aruba with some scraps but nothing major. I am stilling getting use to using both sides for clothing vs having a clear top of the suitcase like soft cases due. I liked how the one side you could put clothes in and then zipper the flap to hold in place. The other side had a strap to hold items in place. The 24" fit 7 days worth of summer clothing plus toiletries. I could have fit more items if my trip was a few days longer. It was a bit heavy to carry due to toiletries, but easy to roll. However, it did way 38 pounds. This was with it being expanded out. Hopefully, it continues to hold up for future trips. I am thinking about purchasing the next size up for longer trips.
