Really like this bag a lot. It's lightweight and packs well. When you're pulling it behind you on 2 wheels it drags a bit which is annoying but it also rolls right alongside you when you pull/push it upright next to you. I'd recommend this bag to people - great for longer trips / packing 2 people together for a long weekend, etc!

DOES NOT MEET AIRLINE SIZE REQUIREMENTS

Do NOT buy this luggage unless you want to get STUCK with airline fees. It is too large and does not meet most airline's requirements for 62 in total linear length. I didn't realize it when I purchased it because I only looked at the body measurements and not the total measurements, and now I have to pay to send it back.
Pros: High Quality, Lightweight
Cons: Too Large For Airline
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I noticed the top handle( not the pull out ) was loose but thought it was a design feature. BIG MISTAKE. On the last trip I went to the carousel and low and behold I have a new bag with NO carry handle. Have always loved SAMSONITE for its durability and style but am disappointed in this case. Paid a lot of money for this
