Died after a month

One month after purchasing, the pot turns on but doesn't brew. Unacceptable.

Oh no! We're sorry to hear this. If the brewer is not brewing coffee, check the following:
Is there a power outage?
Is the water reservoir empty?
Is the filter basket properly inserted? filter and coffee grounds in place?
Is the carafe / decanter in proper position on warming plate?
Has the brewer been cleaned recently?

This is my third coffee maker it stopped brewing and when I turn it on it just beeps, I always run the clean cycle, , my first mr. coffee maker lasted me like 10ys. must say they don't make them as they use to In the last 2yrs. I have bought 3. I"am not buying another one,

Worked great, until it didn't

Bought it a little over a year ago and really liked it until it died on father's day of all days. They just don't make things like they used to. I'm really getting tired of cheap Chinese made products!

Fine when it works, usually doesn't

I am on my third. Newest one started with the "Beeps but doesn't Brew" after less than a year. Have repaired others when the cheap fuses blew, but even that didn't fix this one. Cheap relay parts can't be replaced. Having all the right features doesn't make up for extremely low-quality parts.

Didnt last long

I only had this coffee pot 8 or 9 months and it quit working. And no reason that I can find explains it. It just wont brew. This is very dissappointing since it was one of my wedding gifts.

Nice features but...

I bought this a few months ago. It worked well until one of the coffee filters had a hole in it and I didn't notice it. Because the water reservoir is in the same area as the coffee filter, some grounds got into the reservoir and clogged things up. Cleaning it was a real nightmare.

My favorite coffee maker!

I bought this coffee maker about a month ago. My favorite feature is that it's programmable. It has made my mornings so much easier because I get it all ready the night before and when I wake up I have a fresh pot of coffee. Unfortunately the glass pots are very brittle and I noticed mine had a crack in it this morning, rendering the coffee maker useless.

Great function then just stopped working

I bought this coffee maker 6 months ago, and every morning the programing feature was wonderful, till just a few days ago it just stopped working. Turn it on and it just beeps, its clean and clear, but wont heat the plate or the water. Just beeps three times.
