very disappointed.

We bought our coffeemaker about 3 months ago, spending a little more than we wanted to so it would last. I went to make coffee this morning and it beeped as soon as I turned it on, and then did nothing afterwards. Nothing more aggravating than waiting for coffee to find out that nothing is happening. I will buy a cheap coffeemaker today because they seem to last several years. Very disappointed in Mr. Coffee.

We would like to ask you if when was the last time you did run a cleaning cycle into it? If it wasn't cleaned with vinegar solution recently, we recommend having it cleaned.
Additionally, please try to perform the troubleshooting technique below.
Make sure the unit has already been rested for 5-10 minutes before doing this.
1. Plug the unit into the wall outlet then press and hold the power button for 10 seconds. 2. Afterward, unplug the product. Give it 2 minutes before plugging it back in. 3. Plug it in again and hit brew. Make sure there is enough water in the water reservoir.

Strong brew

I bought my coffee maybe six months ago you can program it to start your coffee which is a great feature strong brew even better feature but when it does brew the coffee and it beeps to allow you to know it’s done which is another great feature if you let it sit for even 10 minutes it doesn’t turn off the coffee pot but your coffee is not hot anymore I’m not sure why that’s happening it seems like the hot plate or maybe the heating element went out
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thought it was good

This is my second coffee maker both exactly the same. I just thought it was a fluke when the first one died. I loved the features so I bought another one. This time within a year after the second stopped working too. They both had same problem . It just stopped brewing and the plate wouldn't get hot. I'm so disappointed. I love the features and the color but I need one that will last awhile.

NOT WORTH THE PRICE

I bought this a few months ago and was happy with it but it just quit brewing. The lights turn on but nothing happens. Tried reseating the basket and the carafe to no avail. Will not work when just turned on, auto brew or clean! First Mr. Coffee ever that I was not pleased with.

It saddens us to hear this. For a possible fix, we advise to try resetting your coffeemaker. Resetting can be done by completely emptying the water reservoir and leaving the coffee maker unplugged for 5 minutes.

Oh no! This is definitely not the experience we want you to have. Kindly follow the steps below to resolve your issue with the coffee maker which is not brewing:
- Unplug and replug the coffee maker back after 3 minutes - Pour four cups of white vinegar into the machine and using an empty filter - Press the Clean button. - Pause for 30 minutes while the solution does its job. - After the 30 minutes are up, the machine will turn on again and finish brewing the vinegar. When it's done, dump out the solution, toss the filter or rinse the permanent filter, and rinse the carafe thoroughly - Repeat this process with pure water to remove any remaining solution

Bought this coffee maker 8 months ago to replace our previous Mr Coffee that we loved! It died on us yesterday. Beeps 3 times like normal when you turn it on but then won't brew. Contacted Mr Coffee customer service, sure hope they own up to their product and replace it since we've only had it 8 months!!
