Stopped working

Last winter I used this model of Duraflame, as I owe another model. Unfortunately this one doesn't turn on. Changed remote batteries and still doesn't work. Need help or replacement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The perfect stove for all seasons. I love that you can use the heat feature or just the flames. All year round I get to enjoy the appearance of sitting fireside! The heater is SHOCKINGLY warm. I truly was surprised at how quickly this stove warmed my livingroom. Its perfect for this time of year ( FALL) . We arent ready to use our furnace daily and don`t need to now. We turn on the stove to remove the chill in the air then remotely turn it off from the comfort of my couch. The top does NOT get hot or warm which eased my mind from out cats getting burned. The heat comes from bottom front thru blower so no part of stove is hot to the touch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the durable electric stove and it works great! I love the decorative front. It blends in with the rest of my furniture and I wont have store it after winter. It has the blowers on the bottom blowing straight out. The only problem I see with that, is I'm going to have to make sure my fat lazy cat doesn't sit directly in front of it and singe her fur. It works amazing. I would definitely get another one.

I love it and would surely recommend this to everyone I know. It was actually able to heat my whole apartment. I have wanted one of these for so long. I knew it would be great for a single room but wow..

Nice looking AND functional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using it in a smaller family sitting area. Looks nice against the wall. It's not "ugly" like our other space heaters (like the radiator space heaters we use). It gives off a surprising amount of heat for its size. It has a few settings so you can select the flame and heat that matches your mood or need. Small enough to move around the house if you needed to. You plan on keeping it in one spot though. Overall excellent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE my DuraFlame stove! I thought with it being so small that it would help heat my room a little and look pretty with the flame. Let me tell you, this heats up quickly and heated the open kitchen, living room, hallway and the bathroom. It did not reach the bedrooms but pretty much heated the rest of the house. Granted its probably only 1000 sq. feet it really surprised me how much it heated and kept it heated. Super impressed!

It looks beautiful when lit and produces a wonderful amount of heat. The ambiance is amazing. I never thought you could have something so nice and it’s NOT a for real fireplace! So happy! Would definitely recommend this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been an amazing electric stove I have had. It heats so well in our living room area. It is all metal and it doesn’t heat up on the outside just the area where the heat comes out from which is the bottom. My dog loves sitting by it and getting warm, I’m so happy he can sit by it and be safe. The remote is perfect for when we are just sitting and don’t need to get up to turn it on. The fireplace feel is awesome and looks like logs are burning inside. It is not heavy like I thought it would be so it’s perfect to carry around if I need it in another area in my home.
