Disappointing...poor charge/battery life

I bought this product a year ago. It worked well at first. However, after just a year, the battery no longer holds a charge. Very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this product. Nor will I probably buy another black and decker vacuum. Save your money and buy something that will last.

poor Battery life

It was great after 2 years the batteries need to be changed, i'm in the process of doing so, I will buy the replacements and do it myself.
If you expect a long battery life this is not your product. Other than the battery I had no problems in almost 3 years now.

Great little vac for quick clean ups

My vac is not holding a charge. In previous reviews it mentions battery may need changed. Cannot find this process in manual. How does one replace the battery?

Bought this one when my Bissel stick went out a year ago. So glad I did. As good as the Bissel stick vac is, this one is so much better. Picks up a lot better. Almost as well as my regular vac. Could not have asked for better. Does a great job on the spilled over cat litter etc.

I have only used my new vacumm once, but after using it under the bed....I am sold, it isn't a "real" vacumm, but it gets to place that the big ones don't

I received my new 2 +1 Stick vac about a week ago. It works beautifully on dirt, dust and dog hair. Very maneuverable and lightweight. The 2 in one is great... I ordered it because I have mostly hardwood flooring and 3 dogs, and a very bad back so it was a heaven-sent. My only complaints is that the battery doesn't hold it's charge for long and it won't pick up anything such as small pieces of paper and such. Just the dust, dirt and hair. But that is what I purchased it for. It's a good product for the money.

Battery is junk

I have had two of these units and the battery in both is junk. After a year it quits taking a charge. For my needs it is powerful enough to do most of my jobs but here is another battery powered piece of equipment that ends up in our land fields.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Was great until it wasn't

Just learned after speaking with customer support that this is a disposable vacuum. No fixing it, just throw it away. It's only three years old. I never abused it. I always cleaned the filter and made sure the reservoir wasn't full. Oh well, lesson learned!
