Orderded three boxes. This one does not fit K-cup brewers.....why does Keurig present other systems? Customer Service calls on this and other issues were the worst I have experienced. Is the company about to go out of business?

I have a box of these and can't use tiny pods, look the same as a normal pod from online photo but only work with the fancy expresso machine, which I do NOT own. Really need to be clearer about "special" pods and maybe even offer the machines online.
