I like a stronger, bold roast, and this was perfect for an espresso drink, but not super "intense" as the name might imply.

I have used the Keurig brewers for years in my office...Just wonderful, with no waste or old coffee after sitting on a machine. Now I just bought the Rivo system! It is incredible. Small footprint, great frothing, and after trying Intenso and Classico, I love the boldness of Intenso. No Cons for me. A beautiful machine
