i love my rivo, however i would not have bought had i known the rivo cups were gonna be so limited to find,have to order through company, where as k cups you can find anywhere,,,,very sad on companies part, not taking care of customers, for a very well made Rivo machine,pricey, and rarely get to use because always having to order rivo packs,disappointed

I prefer a bold taste which is why I chose the "intenso". The flavor is not exactly superb, which is too bad considering there are only 4 choices for Rivo cups.
Pros: Not Bitter
Cons: Not Enough Flavor
