I was looking forward to trying this. It’s was sent to me free for my birthday gift from Keurig but it’s for a Rivo. I don’t have this coffee maker and I was unable to use it. I was disappointed.

This machine is truly amazing. I've had it for a little over 3 months now, and the only problem is when you want your milk to be hot but not so foamy, (lattes), sometimes you have to push the latte button twice. I add a little Hershey syrup to my cup before I brew it, then stir the coffee to mix, then stir in the hot milk and foam... it's fabulous! I don't think I could make it thru the day without it. It's worth the price, believe me buy it!!
First the good, I like my Rivo machine Then the not so good I was totally unaware that I HAD to buy from Keurig when I purchased my Rivo machine. There are other brands that I like but am unable to brew. Now, The product is out of stock (2 week wait!) from THE ONLY source anybody want to buy a used Rivo?

My favorite brewer I have ever owned. I like it so much I bought a second one for my RV! What I enjoy the most is that it steams my 2% milk to perfection. Since I like my latte extra foamy I first cold froth it followed by a hot froth. Yes, takes a minute longer but SO WORTH it!
My only suggestion: More coffee pod choices. Would love for example a hazelnut pod.

I really enjoy the coffee............ but only when I can get it. 90 % of the time when I try to re-order this product, it is always out of stock. Then when it finally gets back in stock, ( which is rare), there aren't any promo's, just the full price. About ready to go get a different brand of machine. Even if it doesn't taste as good, at least I can taste it. Never having the product in stock defeats the purpose of having the machine

Intensity Has Changed

I've included this coffee in my auto delivery order for approximately two years now. With each order I've noticed the change in packaging, which has also come with a change in intensity and boldness. My last order was horrible ... No flavor at all. Very bitter. Once again I am noticing a change in packaging online so I will not reorder.
Pros: Just Okay
Cons: Less Intense
