This is the best coffee ever! I am not a big coffee drinker but love it. The machine is fantastic only sorry that they will be discontinue this coffee. Stocking up before it's all gone. Might have to finally get a new machine and try another coffee.

This, to me, is the best of the 4 espressos offered for the Rivo - it is rich, full, smooth - the aroma is to die for (especially first thing in the morning) and the crema is thick. It's like a dessert. Sometimes I do a short shot of Intenso and combine it with a short shot of Delicato and then put a bit of foam and milk for a cappuccino. I prefer this to the Classico as I found that a bit bitter - And I do like putting the Delicato together with the Intenso (sometimes as lungo and then a short shot of Delicato) for my first morning cuppa. It's just the right strong and rich taste I want for my cappuccino.

I been drinking coffee since I was a little girl (common in my country Colombia) and I have to say that I have finally found the perfect match between technology and flavor, body and aroma in a machine. I drink my coffee with skim milk so its flavor has to be bold yet it can't be bitter in order to satisfy my taste, I have to say that the I can't find much of a difference between the Delicato and Classic cup... That means I love them both. The only thing this machine is missing is flavored coffee cups for my lattes. I really don't want to add extra calories I don't need with syrups, why not make the cups with flavored coffee just like the K cups. Just a thought :)

Delicato is Delicious

I love the flavor of this expresso coffee blended with low fat soy. I could drink it all day long! I would like to try some flavored coffees without adding the syrups. I have added sugar free syrup to this as a cappacino, but I am not too wild about the flavor that way.
