This is my 2nd Levana monitor that I own and this one is just as great as my other that I have had for 2 years! This large screen and added features are amazing! Also, I had some questions regarding my new monitor and Suzanne from the customer experience team got right back to me and was able to answer all my questions so quickly! All and all Levana is a great company with great products!

Awesome baby monitor!

Purchased this baby monitor a few months back as we were welcoming our second child and needed a monitor with dual camera capabilities. The screen itself is very large and when on split screen, we can see both of our little ones so clearly. It has great features such as the temperature Warning and the white noise! Unfortunately just last week our baby monitor stopped charging. I contacted levana right away and MELISSA assisted us in finding a solution. She was so helpful and kind to me. I would recommend levana products every time due to excellent customer Service and superb quality baby monitors.

Love the monitor, AC Adapter not the best.

I really love this monitor. We purchased it a year ago and use many of the features including the "Sleep" option which makes the screen dark until a noise or movement is sensed. I could not give the product 5 stars due to the AC adapter and charging cord. Both needed replacement before the year was out. I called customer service, Daniela helped me and promptly sent me a new power cord and AC adapter.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Yeah,the screen is large, but my camera won't work

I was so happy to get a monitor with such a large screen so I could see my kids at the same time. Night vision isn't great but otherwise, I was happy. We had a total of 3 cameras. We only have 2 as of now because, one broke after only 4 months of use. Yep, 4 months. This is without, dropping or even really touching it. You plug it in and leave it. We didn't carry it around, drop it down stairs, throw it in our gym bag. Tell me why its broken so soon. We purchased this for my newborns room now that it is broken, we have had to take one from my other kids room. I called levana jumped through a few hoops, they told me they they could replace it. Then, they said they would replace it with a smaller monitor. Not ideal but, ok. Let's do it, I need all my cameras working. So, I waited a week maybe a little longer. Still, no monitor. I emailed them, again. I was told they were waiting for me to respond, again. The next day another person emailed me with return information for this broken product. I have to buy a box, and protective wrap, because everything has to be wrapped and packaged separately in the box. Then, I have to pay to ship this box full of bubble wrap and broken levana products to them. I was already upset with this product breaking after only 4 months of use, but to ask me to pay more money on top of the cost of the monitor just pushed me over my limit of being ****** off. I understand shipping is only $10 - $15 dollars. But really it was just the principle. This wasn't my error, it was your product!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent Monitor and even better support

We bought the monitor through amazon after trying a few other brands with limited success and were greatly surprised! This monitor is by far the best one of the market. We had a slight issue with our monitor trying and Darrielle with customer support responded to us quickly and sent us a replacement monitor and camera with no hassle!!

We love our first camera and video screen monitor that we bought we decided to buy the second camera as well. We love the idea of being able to see both children on one screen!

I bought the Aria 7" monitor and camera 6 months ago and so far this monitor has been great. We chose it because cameras can be added as your family grows. I also love the larger screen and features this product provides.
