Big screen and Pan/Tilt/Zoom function

I recently upgraded from the Alexa for the split screen option and Pan/Tilt/Zoom function. I really do like the big screen and the Pan/Tilt/Zoom function works quite well. But I have noticed that the battery doesn't last as long as the Alexa and the signal isn't as strong. The split screen would really come in handy when we have our second baby.

Seems great but I worry about the plug connection

I really like the battery life, I think the picture is decent, I like that it will pair with a second camera as we grow our family, and it's easy to use. I don't find the range is great, it's only decent. I find the lowest volume is too loud and my first monitor seemed quieter on the lowest setting. Biggest problem: within one month the cord connection on the monitor wasn't working and would no longer read the cord to charge (and I tried a few cords). This happened after some mild-moderate wear and tear- my son pulled on the unit when the cord was attached twice. Levana did replace the whole thing under warranty which I liked (although took a couple weeks to arrive) but i feel like the second monitor already has a weak cord connection since sometimes I plug it in and it doesn't show charging until i fiddle with it. And I have watched it like a hawk since it arrived so that it doesn't get bumped or dropped or even touched by my son. I worry about the long term life of it which is hard for reliability and the price. I guess time will tell. I'm leaving the review now since that allows me to extend the warranty to 2 years which I feel I'm going to be needing. That being said, I do plan to buy a second camera within the next year for baby #2. I also don't feel comfortable travelling with it since it doesn't seem to be very hardy.

Love this monitor

I did months of research looking for the right monitor. We chose this monitor for many reasons and are very satisfied. The split screen, the ability to pan tilt and zoom with the camera, and the screen quality. They all are exactly as we expected and I love this monitor. The only con I would say is the night vision could be a little bit more clear but overall we are very happy with this choice!

Great monitor

This is our second monitor that we've had from Levana, and I have to say they are a very good company. We had an issue with our antenna breaking on our current monitor, but their customer service team (specifically Darrielle) was very quick to respond to our emails, and very friendly. Our monitor has been fixed through a very easy process. I would recommend this monitor to anyone! It has great features. We love the sleep mode feature where we can silence the noise and screen, but it turns on again when our son makes a noise.

All in one Solution!

We bought this camera a few months ago and are really impressed with the size of the screen and the clarity of the image.
We love the fact we can talk to our son through the camera and not have to constantly go upstairs to his room.
All in all, we did a lot of research before buying and are glad with our decision.
