Panning function is my favourite feature

I absolutely love this monitor. It is our 3rd (the previous two were other brands that were terrible) and I'm never going to anything else. The picture is clear and the sound is amazing. Best feature for us is the panning feature as now that she is out of her crib it is easy to find her. As other posters have mentioned, the temperature reading is always high. But it is consistently so. I just knock off a couple of degrees and we're good to go.

Nice large monitor with issues

We have used this monitor for nights now and I'm sort of disappointed. We had an older version that we loved so much that it made us upgrade when we were expecting #2. The picture quality is not very good (much worse than our original old version) and the reaction time/lag is very noticeable. My child will make a noise that I will hear and it takes several seconds for the monitor to turn on and come into semi focus. This is really discouraging because I was a huge levana supporter. I would go back to my old one if I still had it unfortunately.
I do love everything else about the monitor. The size and features and the PTZ camera are awesome but the few issues are the main components that I want and need in a video monitor.

Love the extra features and bigger screen

I bought this yesterday, replacing a more expensive monitor bc my puppy broke it. I'm happier with this replacement. It has a bigger screen, lullabies, alarm functions, the color resolution is good quality. I also like how when you unplug the portable monitor the screen stays on instead of shutting off after a couple minutes (my old more expensive model did this I hated that) My only complaint is the night vision. It isn't nearly as clear or comparable to my old monitor, it adjusts slowly in night vision mode. Overall I'm thrilled and happy with this system. I love the warranty coverage so if anything breaks or quits even if I drop it and break it, it will be replaced. I do recommend this over the more expensive monitors like summer that has zero features.

Peace of mind!

I couldn't believe the amount of freedom I felt when my friend first introduced the monitor to me while we were at her house for a BBQ. I was able to fully enjoy myself and socialize with the adults for once without worrying about how the kids were sleeping or waiting until they fell asleep before joining the party. I didn't have to run back and forth to check up on them. I wish I had access to this for my first child!!!
My monitor had an issue charging so levana sent me a replacement monitor and gave me the opportunity to wait until I received it before shipping the old one so that I could still have something available for me to use! Customer service was awesome and prompt! Shalamar made sure the entire process was stress free and painless!!!!

We recently adopted twins and needed a monitoring system with dual screens. We went through a few brands before finding this camera system. We love it! We love the huge screen and that it allows you to add 3 cameras. We've added one so far and the dual screen works great! We also love the sound quality! The picture is also extremely clear. Love everything about it!

Good clear screen size. Like the features. Barely reaches our bedroom even with antenna up. Charging port is iffy. Fast shipping.

This has some of the best features of all the baby monitors. Only thing missing is WIFI access and the camera could be better resolution. This will work great for watching our baby in the crib.

I bought this monitor a week ago and absolutely love it, I use it in my daycare nap room. I love the pan and tilt feature to be able to see the kids. The sound options are great for putting them to sleep and as always the talk back and huge touchscreen are fantastic!
