Large Screen, Decent Picture, Improved Features

We managed to get an Aria with two cameras over the holidays since we were having a lot troubles with our Ovia and are expecting another child. Our first impression is that this new platform is much improved over the older Levana models (had Stella and Ovia).
First off using microUSB for charging provides a lot of flexibility, especially during the day, we do not need to grab/move a special charger around if we run low on battery. Also improved is the option to select the battery saving mode. Being able to switch between sound only mode or a sleep mode (only activates with noise) is much appreciated. The menu/option navigation with the full touch screen is much more intuitive and easier to use that the older models. The range also seems to be improved as we have yet to require raising the antenna.
As for operation, the picture is a bit grainy for the screen size, but its clear enough to see what is going on in the room which is all you really need. The night vision takes a couple seconds to adjust, but once it does the picture is quite good.
The split screen mode is very useful with the large screen size and it is very easy to switch between cameras.
I don't know how much we will use sound features, but I can report that the sounds are quite clear and could be useful if we did not have a sound machine.
The temperature display/alarms is also a nice feature.
So far we are happy with the purchase/upgrade.

Purchased a month ago and have a piece of mind while my baby is asleep I can view him while not waking him up while checking on him in his room :)

Astra to Aria - Awesome!

Love the Levana brand! With our first born, we started off with Levana Astra.... never had to replace parts, cords or batteries etc. It lasted two years surviving multiple drops, spills and a crazy button pressing obsession from our toddler. lol
We shopped around for other monitors but honestly nothing really compared to the features Levana products had to offer. We have recently upgraded to Levana Aria and we love it... our favorite features are the sleep mode, temp monitoring and touchscreen capabilities, The range on the Aria is much stronger as well... we now get coverage outside on our porch!

Great product

We are expecting our second child and needed a way to be able to see our toddler and new baby. We did some research and settled on this one. Install was easy and the size of the monitor are great, especially when we will need to do dual screen. Love the lullaby and temperature features as well since the kids rooms are across the house from us. The antenna did snap within a month or two of using it but Melissa from Levana support has taken great care of us. Customer service is another high selling point for these wonderful products!

Room for improvement

Bought this as a replacement for a camera we lost while traveling for the holidays. Pros: The large screen is nice. Easy to use and set up. The IR leds are bright and invisible. Quality construction. Cons: low resolution (the box says HD, clearly is not) night resolution is poor (our other Lorex system is superior), the sound from the video monitor is oddly muffled. The reception and signal strength is weak. The audio signal drops out frequently (even when the units are only 40 feet apart on the same level). Was attracted by the large screen size, but wish we would have stuck with Lorex.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
