Unit unsatisfactory

I bought this unit, removed from packaging and installed cameras. Within the first couple of days the screen would go completely black, freeze, and need to be rebooted multiple times. I was not able to rely on it consistently working. I'm returning after a week without original packaging and now need to pay a 25% restocking fee. Don't waste your time or money with this unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Low quality picture

We bought this video monitor to replace a vtech monitor. The screen is large and the sound is very high quality, but the video feed is pretty terrible. The still pictures are ok (wouldn't classify as HD, though), but if my son is moving at all the feed is completely blurry to the point that you can't even tell what he's doing or what position he's in. I thought about contacting customer service as it is so bad that I thought it must be defective. However, after reading some other reviews it seems that it is just a low quality camera. So, basically it's a very overpriced sound monitor with very low quality images.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We love our Levana monitor bought bought one 4 years ago when we had our son and never had any issues! We are expecting our third child any day and recently bought another one with 2 cameras so we can see both little ones! Can't wait to use my new one! The screen is large and love that I can see both kiddos at the same time!! Have been using it for our son right now until the baby comes and we love it!!

Everything we wanted

We purchased our Levana about a month ago and its everything we were looking for in a monitor. We love the private signal, not like the wifi based monitors that seem to be the thing now. Great and easy to use, we will be purchasing the Jena model for wireless use!

Really like this monitor

I've been using this monitor just over a month and I really like it. The 7 inch display is great and the response time is very good. I really like that the monitor is silent until baby moves or makes noise and then it turns on the display. I found other monitors like this had a constant static noise.
The only thing I wish is that the battery life was longer. Also sometimes you have to push quite hard on the touch screen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We have had this camera a couple of weeks now. We didn't get good clear sound until we put the antenna up but that actual did work. Wish the camera moved around more and that which ever room was making a sound it would switch over to that room for sound. Overall we are happy for what we got with the price we paid.

Second camera is exactly what I expected. Paired with monitor easily. You have to manually switch to which camera you want to see and hear.
