I had the same issues as BriP. We’ve been using ours for about a year and suddenly the monitor won’t take a charge so it’s not able to be used. It’s not the charger or the battery but the actual monitor. We were hoping to add another camera for baby #2 but that deadline is approaching and we don’t know what to do. Replacement parts are back ordered or discontinued. Also, this website is not user friendly. Things I liked when it worked: good signal, good picture with a big screen, did hold a charge pretty well, and sounds were very clear.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using the Levana brand for 2.5 years now. I currently have the Willow, and I love it. More than any other brand of monitor. It’s clear, you can fit 4 cameras on one screen (without switching back and forth to view them) and you can speak to each camera independently. I highly recommend this brand of video monitor to any new mom!
