I bought this when we had our 2nd child for the dual screen. I couldn't find a monitor that would play both camera sounds at the same time in the dual screen. I have it set to rotate at night which is a little annoying but it works. It was super easy to set up. Battery life is average especially when it rotates it dies much faster. Visual quality is poor we had a Samsung before that was much more clear. The distance is poor. We have a 2600 sq ft house, the bedrooms are on one end and I can barely go outside of the house on the other side. I can only get about 2 feet away from the door before it loses signal. It is very quiet when tilting the camera. The white noise is also weird it has a pause in it every 2 minutes. It plays the the white noise stops for a second and then starts again - very annoying at night when I'm trying to fall asleep. Touch screen is nice but I'd rather have buttons. Overall, its easy to use but I don't know that I love it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great camera... when it works.

We bought this two camera set in November 2017 and so have a good understanding of how well it works by now.
The positives:
Lullabies are great. You can set a timer and they are loud. The two way speaker also works well. It's nice to be able to pan the camera around the room. The night vision (when it works) is clear. Video is a big laggy but it's good enough for a monitor. The VOX is good. Monitor is nice and large so the split screen works well. You can also have it alternate cameras every 5 seconds and just use audio (or keep video on). Range is decent (not great) but with the antenna up it goes as far as we need it to go. For all these reasons we'd love to give it 5 stars however we've had too many issues to be able to do that.
The bad:
We are on our third unit with a fourth now on the way. One of the cameras on the first unit had a faulty temperature sensor. That being said, even when they aren't faulty the temperatures aren't very accurate. Our second unit kept factory resetting itself which would also reset all of the settings (including time, etc). It was very frustrating. Now the third unit after several months of working well is also having issues - one camera's night vision has deteriorated to the point of complete blurriness (while one is fine). The battery life has also dropped off a cliff. It dies very fast. This is after only about four months.
Levana has been great to deal with but you shouldn't have to get a unit replaced this many times. It's clearly a problem with the model. I hope their new systems that are coming out are better but as of right now I can't recommend this to friends. We also have a Philips Avent monitor and while we prefer the Levana's functionality the Avent despite being older still has good picture quality and long battery life. No issues at all.

I had a problem with the battery wearing down. Daniela was quick to respond to my initial question, problem solved efficiently, and promptly initiated a replacement battery be sent out to me.

Our monitor wasn't working properly when out baby was born. It kept restarting and shutting down by it self. We reach to customer service support and they ship us a replacement right away. Now we have no issues with it and it works great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was having issues with my monitor and contacted customer support. Daniela was so helpful and sent a replacement right away. So happy to have this monitor and my favorite feature, power save mode!

I received this system as a gift from my mom when before our second baby was born. Love the double camera and the monitor can function in different modes. We need a double camera system since we have a 2 and a half year old and a 14 month old. It gives me peace of mind and I can keep an eye on them. We have had several issues with our unit and our cameras. We are on our 5th replacement. I appreciate the customer service response time and their willingness to make things right. Shalamar helped us rectify our most recent issue and I am thankful for her.

We registered for this monitor and have been very happy with it! The picture and sound quality are great, the controls on the touch screen have given us no problems. We really like it! We've even gotten a second camera to ensure we'll be able to use it for many years to come. The only thing we would change is we wish the camera tilt went lower so that the camera could be placed on a surface, rather than having to be mounted.

Love the monitor! I wish there was an option to have it be split screen and automatically jump between the two cameras audio, but maybe I haven't figured that it. Love all the features, it's easy to use!
